Navigation data

The processing will be carried out with manual and/or computerized and telematic tools with organizational and processing logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in order to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data.

The personal data subject to processing will be stored in compliance with the provisions of art. 5, paragraph 1, lett. e), of the Regulation, i.e.... in a form that allows the identification of the persons concerned for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are treated... '.

The personal data are, therefore, stored according to the following criteria: (a) for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed; (b) for the time strictly necessary for the fulfilment of legal obligations, regulations or provisions issued by supervisory and supervisory bodies.

At the end of the retention period, your data will be deleted, or made anonymous.
