In defining, issuing and updating the Quality Policy, the General Directorate pays particular attention to:
- To achieve and maintain the quality of its products and research the continuous improvement;
- To improve the quality of its operations, so as to satisfy continuously the expressed and implicit needs of customers and other interested parties;
- To give confidence to customers and other interested parties to meet their requirements and to implement continuous improvements;
- Compliance with existing legislation/regulations;
- Prevent/minimize work risks/ as well as possible environmental risks;
- Assess process/product risks and opportunities;
- Assess the context and the market in which it operates.
The supply chain is composed as follows: the extruder (the one who produces the aluminium bars), the "gammista" (the one who designs and distributes), the company (in the case of new buildings) and the final customer. In the reference market Fresia Alluminio Spa stands as a "gammista".
Fresia Alluminio Spa has consolidated the expansion of the logistics - production center of Volpiano (22500 sqm) investing considerably in warehouse automation. It has two establishments (in Volpiano and Vado Ligure). As a member of the ALsistem consortium, which holds the patents of its exclusive systems, the company presents itself to the market as a gammista (who designs and distributes).
Fresia Alluminio Spa offers specialized and qualified consultancy (dedicated to designers, construction companies and public entities) and is recognized as a leader in the design and marketing of eco-sustainable systems for energy-efficient windows.
It is the first Italian company that has certified the entire chain of a window and is the first Italian company to have placed on the market a range of products (NEO range) born from the recovery and regeneration of aluminum and polyamide, with a chain certified by a third party (EPD product certification), that allows to obtain credits in the certification protocols for the sustainability of LEED and Itaca buildings.
The peculiarity of Fresia Alluminio Spa is to have as main objective the satisfaction of both its customer and the final customer. All activities have this aim.
